With a lifelong passion for real estate, and a drive to build a business, Bart Pebbles, founded CALIBER REAL ESTATE GROUP in 1992 in Orange County, California. His successful background has encompassed 38 years in the real estate industry, principally within development, renovation, leasing, and sales of retail, residential, and mixed-use properties.

A product of the University of Southern California, Bart majored in Real Estate Development and Finance.

Bart is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and has been a guest speaker for various industry and business organizations throughout the Los Angeles area.

Originally from New York, Martine Klein has resided in the Los Angeles since 1984. Ms. Klein offers over 20 years of experience in Real Estate, Retail, and Restaurant industries. Working with Caliber, Martine offers a full spectrum of services in both the residential and commercial markets. She enjoys working with people and presenting them with options to set the path and reach their goals.

Kearson Winchester joined Caliber in 2015. With over 20 years of experience in the business sector, she began as Executive Assistant, quickly took on duties as Marketing Coordinator, and then moved forward to take on the role of Project Manager. She has completed extensive education and work in corporate and project management in various industries including construction, business, manufacturing, retail, law, and real estate.
